Method of delivering goods

We are pleased to deliver your orders throughout Ukraine using the transportation companies - Nova Poshta and UkrPoshta.

You have the option to choose the most convenient branch of Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta to receive your order. You can also request home delivery by the Nova Poshta courier or choose the option of self-pickup from one of our stores. The delivery cost is calculated according to the rates of the transportation company.

Our team strives to dispatch your orders as early as the next day after processing and confirming all details. Please note that there are no shipments on Saturdays and Sundays. If your order is received on Friday, we will send it on Monday.

If an item from the "Granite Sinks" section is not in stock, it will be shipped within 3-6 business days after the order is placed.

Product Completeness and Integrity:

• Please check the completeness, quality characteristics of the product, color, integrity of the packaging, absence of mechanical damages, and the presence of documents upon receipt of the order. This can be done with the help of delivery service personnel.
• We are not responsible for products that have not been checked for mechanical damages or the absence of parts directly upon receipt at the carrier's office.
• If you discover incompleteness, damages, or defects, please follow the internal carrier rules, namely, create an official document about the identified defects or incompleteness. Also, inform the store manager about the identified defects. In this case, we guarantee the refund of the paid amount or the re-dispatch of the product.
• After settling payments for the delivered product, claims regarding integrity, completeness, and other damages visible during external inspection will not be accepted!

PLEASE NOTE! If you are interested in a specific item on the website and would like to see it in the store before purchasing, please inform our manager before your visit so that we can move it from the warehouse to the pickup point.
