Warranty on goods

Dear customer!

We sincerely thank you for choosing TM Sirius products.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Sirius-light store provides a warranty of 1 year for LED chandeliers and charging stations, and a 14-day warranty for all other products.

The warranty obligations of the Sirius-light store for lighting equipment include:

1. The warranty period for the luminaire ranges from 14 days to 1 year from the date of sale (depending on the selected model).

2. According to the warranty, within this period, we will repair factory defects and identified flaws free of charge. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover compensation for losses or expenses related to installation/dismantling.

3. It is essential to acknowledge that we are not responsible for improper installation or incorrect usage of the luminaire.

4. If any defects are found in the luminaire or it malfunctions not due to the customer's fault before the warranty period expires, please contact our store at +38 (067) 325-86-50.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

1. Consumable materials (components that require periodic replacement during product usage), for example: bulbs, power elements, etc.

2. Violation of rules and conditions for operation and installation of the product as described in the User Manual and other documentation provided to the consumer with the product.

3. Usage of the product in conditions not compliant with the operating rules described in the instructions.

4. Evidence of unauthorized repairs on the product.

5. Signs of oxidation on the metal surface of the base (socket).

6. Mechanical damages/deformations, including temperature-related deformations.

7. Usage of inappropriate consumable materials or spare parts.

8. Defects caused by force majeure, accidents, intentional or careless actions of the customer or third parties, beyond the control of Sirius-light store.

9. Damages caused by exposure to moisture, high or low temperatures, corrosion, intrusion of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects, and animals inside the product.

Returns/exchanges of the product are possible within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
